Confirmation:
All customers must respond to the confirmation text before the date of the event, or pay a non refundable confirmation deposit. Failure to do so will result in the order not being completed.
Hand off:
Once the order is handed off Sweet Foundation has no responsibility over damages caused after hand off. If you feel there was damage done prior to handoff contact Sweet Foundation directly. Full refunds or partial refunds may be given depending on the situation.
Payment:
Payment must be done prior to or the day of pick up. Payment may be done electronically or through cash. We accept all major card companies as well as Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle and Apple Cash. Deliveries are available upon customer request, delivery fees are calculated according to mileage and driving time and are added to the order total.
Prices:
Prices are calculated based on labor, ingredients, and tools necessary. The website only provides a starting point for the cost and it may increase based on design. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Designs:
We strive for every design to be done to your liking. An inspiration photo may be sent by the customer but Sweet Foundation cannot guarantee that the cake will look exactly like the image sent. There may be discrepancies in color, details, etc. and all design inquires will be discussed thoroughly to ensure the customer is aware. If you feel the cake is not done to your liking contact Sweet Foundation directly.
